PRODUCT DESCRIPTION /BENEFITS
Ri-Lam M70 Perm series is a self-adhesive film for lamination of all large format printed digital materials.
Ideal to protect the graphics to avoid deterioration or damage especially in outdoor exposure.
The permanent adhesive provides a good adhesion. The 120 g/m2 clay coated kraft paper liner ensures
good planarity.
 
All our products are REACH & RoHS compliant.
 
TYPICAL USE 
  • Lamination
 
CONSTRUCTION 
  •  Face film: 70 μm calendered monomeric film
  • Adhesive: permanent clear water-based acrylic
  • Release liner: clay coated kraft paper 120 g/m2
 
CONVERTING METHOD 
Laminating film for general applications to protect the printed image from UV fading and mechanical
abrasion. Not printable.
 
APPLICATION METHOD / INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
The printed media should dry minimum 24h prior to lamination.
Application temperature above 10°C.
 
EXPECTED DURABILITY
The expected vertical outdoor durability in Central Europe (zone 1) is 2 years.
This information is based on real file experience and artificial aging according to ISO 4892-2.
Note: Exposure to severe temperature and ultra-violet light will cause a quicker deterioration. This
applies also to polluted area, high altitude, horizontal applications, and south-facing exposure in
north hemisphere.
 
SHELF LIFE
Shelf life is 1 years, when stored at 23 °C and 50 % relative humidity conditions.
Higher temperatures and/or humidity levels will reduce product shelf life.
