The newly developed high-speed data control technology maximises the performance of the print heads achieving high-resolution output with fewer passes. With the two-pass print set-up of the ER-642, you can achieve speeds up to 76.1 m2/h.

Features such as VersaWorks' True Rich Color ensure the reproduction of vivid and accurate colours, even with only CMYK inks.
Enhanced Roland Intelligent Pass Control
The newly developed head control technology has been engineered to deliver maximum performance on the ER-642. With Roland Intelligent Pass Control 2.0, prints benefit from smoother gradations and finer detail between passes, reducing banding even at high speeds. This marks a significant step forward in achieving exceptional print quality.
High Performance Ink
Using the latest D-EA2 inks for high-performance and economical printing, you can get maximum speed with dual-CMYK. The cartridges are also paper-based to reduce environmental impact.
New high efficiency CMYK D-EA2 ink delivers the same exceptional quality at up to half the running costs compared to the previous ink.
VersaWorks 7 Multifunctional RIP Suite
